The opportunity

Dentsu Aegis Network Global Early Careers Programme is a two-year rotational programme working across two of our most dynamic business areas: Global Clients and Amplifi and it is based in our London office.

This is a unique opportunity to build the foundations of a career in our industry. By assisting and providing support to our diverse teams and subject matter experts, you’ll get exposure to areas such as media investment, product innovation, client leadership and client data strategy. Even better, you’ll have the opportunity to pick rotations in the areas which are most suited to your natural skills and career aspirations.

As well as getting the chance to work with teams at the cutting edge of industry developments you’ll also work with the network’s 25 largest global clients, including household names like JLR, Diageo and Burberry.

The global teams sit at the heart of the network and you’ll be working with people around the world, gaining an insight into the challenges and opportunities we face in every part of the organisation.

And all of this is underpinned by a structured learning and development programme, and support from a network of buddies and mentors.


You need a 2:1 or equivalent qualification in any subject for this Programme, but we’re looking for much, much more than just good academic results.
