Dentsu Aegis Network Global Early Careers Programme is a two-year rotational programme working across two of our most dynamic business areas: Global Clients and Amplifi and it is based in our London office.
This is a unique opportunity to build the foundations of a career in our industry. By assisting and providing support to our diverse teams and subject matter experts, you’ll get exposure to areas such as media investment, product innovation, client leadership and client data strategy. Even better, you’ll have the opportunity to pick rotations in the areas which are most suited to your natural skills and career aspirations.
As well as getting the chance to work with teams at the cutting edge of industry developments you’ll also work with the network’s 25 largest global clients, including household names like JLR, Diageo and Burberry.
The global teams sit at the heart of the network and you’ll be working with people around the world, gaining an insight into the challenges and opportunities we face in every part of the organisation.
And all of this is underpinned by a structured learning and development programme, and support from a network of buddies and mentors.
You need a 2:1 or equivalent qualification in any subject for this Programme, but we’re looking for much, much more than just good academic results. Our business is successful because we’re diverse; in our thinking, our experiences, our perspectives and our backgrounds. We all bring something different, so we’ll expect you to do the same.
For starters, that means sharing our values of being; pioneering, agile, collaborative, responsible and ambitious. It involves showing us you’ve got a real drive to succeed either through your previous or current work experience or extracurricular activities – formal or informal. And it means bringing your personality to life when you come to meet us – we’re interested in who you are as well as what you’ve done.
The focus and ambition to build a career with one of the world’s most successful marketing communications businesses. A unique ability to prove you can tease insights from all kinds of information and data sources – and make the kind of recommendations based on your analysis that make a difference to our clients, and our business.
As a confident communicator, you’ve got the self-awareness to understand how your messages are landing, and you know how to adapt your style and approach to different people and situations to get the best results and have maximum impact. You love a complex challenge and problem solving, working collaboratively to come up with the kind of ideas and answers that others wouldn’t.
And last but not least, you’re comfortable taking the initiative and managing and prioritising workloads to meet often changing deadlines in a seriously fast moving environment.
