The Dentsu Aegis Network Early Careers Programme connects two key global teams: Amplfi and Global Clients


Amplifi is the media investment and innovation arm of Dentsu Aegis Network.

We are a global shared service – powering our world-class agencies across all media investment and buying capabilities. We work across five core pillars: Investment, Global Media Partnerships, Amnet, The Story Lab and Commercial.

As well as traditional media buying on behalf of our agencies, these pillars deliver innovative and sustainable ways to increase performance and growth in a changing industry – for our clients, media owners and our network.

Global Clients & Media Brands is a global division within Dentsu Aegis Network providing innovative media solutions to help drive business growth across Dentsu Aegis’ top 25 global clients including P&G, Diageo, Microsoft and Burberry.


Global Clients is a number of specialist teams that work together to provide strategic support to the Media Brands. The areas of expertise include; Strategy Development & New Business Intelligence; Corporate and Commercial Finance; HR; Legal; Marketing and Communications, Research; and Creative Services.


Consists of three media brands servicing global clients across multiple markets and sectors including FMCG, automotive, luxury, and entertainment.


Established in 1966, Carat is the world’s first media agency. Carat services clients in more than 150 markets and employs over 6,000+ employees worldwide. Carat delivers on its vision of, ‘Redefining Media’ by understanding real people in media to drive business performance.


Vizeum’s vision is ‘Accelerating business growth through media.’ By partnering with clients across 55 markets and employing 2,500 + employees, it looks to create innovative solutions to client challenges.

Launched in 2017, dentsu x’s vision is ‘Experience beyond exposure’ and it brings together the creativity of Dentsu Inc. with the scale of Dentsu Aegis Network. The agency is designed to facilitate integrated personalised marketing solutions, operating as highly-integrated agency network across 19 markets employing 4,000+ employees.

The Customer Framework (TCF)

TCF is a management consultancy, acquired by Global Clients in 2017, that specialises in customer engagement. TCF supports client teams by helping clients identify profitable growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
